Designs have included geothermal heat pumps, central boiler and chiller plants, specialized ventilation systems and complex plumbing systems.

Tim has over 20 years of experience in designing Electrical, Tele/Data, and Fire Alarm systems systems for hospitals, schools, hotels, office buildings, and data centers. Experienced in projects that have obtained Silver, Gold, and Platinum LEED ratings.
